Rebecca O. "Becky" Carter, 59, of Alpharetta, died October 25, 2005. She is survived by her husband, Tom Carter, sister and brother-in-law, Faith and George Pannell of Tyler, TX; brother, John Ortis of Woodstock, GA, nieces, Deborah C. Walker of Decatur, AL; Samantha House of Tyler, TX; nephews, Charles Dixon of Chandler, TX; John F. Ortis of Lland, TX; and Carter Ortis of Jasper, GA.
